- New Registrations: If you recently registered your child with Franklin Square UFSD, check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a message from a "noreply" address. This contains your activation key and instructions for creating your Parent Portal account.
- Forgot Username or Password: Click the appropriate reset link to the left. Additionally, you may click here if you forgot your Username or Password. Instructions to recover your account will be sent directly to your email.
- Still Need Help? If you are experiencing further login issues, please submit a Helpdesk Ticket with a detailed description of the problem.
